Many people find that after integrating meditation into their daily lives, they are more focused, more productive, and have less stress than before. The key to integrating meditation into your daily life is the same as creating any new routine. It is very much about developing the habit rather than assuming it will develop on its own. If you make it a point to find time to meditate once every day for 21 days, you will most likely have developed the habit to the point where it is less of an effort and more of a reward.
Remember to find the time that works best for you, create an atmosphere that is conducive to quiet relaxation, and consider it an indulgence until you are used to it. Also keep in mind that there is no right or wrong way to practice meditation, as long as it benefits you.
