It would obviously be better for you to start out with both exercise and a diet, but I strongly recommend that you start out with just exercising at first and keeping your diet the same. If you stick with exercising for long enough then eventually the diet will begin to work itself out. YOu’ll become more motivated to lose weight and the diet will just come naturally.
