Practicing Yoga enables us to stimulate the body system. It helps us to stay healthy and promotes blood circulation, and as a result, alleviates skin issues and other ailments. The original purpose of this practice is to raise our life force. It seeks to do this through a series of mental and physical exercises. The mental part entails meditation and respiratory exercises to discipline minds. The physical aspect on the other hand deals with a fair number of yoga postures known as Asanas that retains our body healthy.

The Different Types Of Yoga
Yoga training are focused on three aspects; Asanas (physical training), Dhyana (meditation), and Pranayama (breathing). It has an excellent focus on spirituality though the blending of mind, body and spirit have to be considered.
