Tibetans are 5 simple exercises, that are alleged to be the source of youth. The five Tibetan Rites are a short series of yoga-type exercises that first appeared in a book by Peter Kelder in the 1930s . Third Rite – Kneel on the ground with your thighs and torso upright and place your hands on your upper legs slightly under your buttocks for support.

Counter Pose / Recovery Pose to Rite five – Some opinions say you should do a child’s pose then a final corpse pose absolutely covered, while some say go directly to a corpse pose and even still some don’t even prescribe any recovery poses.
