In this class, Sarah will introduce the ancient & revered practice of Kundalini yoga. She will lead us through a series of acts, or ‘Kriyas,’ which tear out the toxins and raise our energetic frequency.

  2. @cspace1234nz I recommend Kundalini yoga very much…I’ve been practicing for 3 years now and it has changed my life completely…and this is a very good instructional video to use for daily practice if you don’t have a teacher nearby!

  4. I loved this video! Really brilliant, please never take it off! Sarah was a very easy teacher to listen to. I felt a bit dizzy at one point, perhaps going too fast? I think my dog thought i was crazy. Thank you.

    Thank you for posting; this is truly a most beautiful experience. Your yoga practice helped with the cleansing of cellular tissue that had built up emotional memory stored with in your body. The yoga practice helped you opened up the heart chakra. When this happens, dont hold back. This is a most wonderful experience. I had this happened to me after my first year of yoga practice, and it has been different ever since.

  7. This is AMAZING. I after ten minutes I felt sort of angry, then was almost moved to tears. By 30 minutes I was laughing and at the end I have a permanent smile. I’ve NEVER sweated this much in yoga before, though the moves were NOT hard, they were simple in technique and very good for the body. Thank you so much! I am going to go read more about rapid fire breath…

  10. I love love love this! This was my first kundalini class. I feel a bit light headed and next time will take it a bit slower. I do feel very energized. This will be a good one for the morning time.

  11. vital force = prana or kundalini yoga.. and homeopathy so see the link with Sanathan Dharma and 9th and 5th house respresent the vital force or Kundalin..Astrology….. Hope you have the strength to understand it..

  13. Laughter is a universal language that is very powerful in diffusing tense situations. The laughter clubs should be everywhere!

  14. it makes you well because it tones the lower stomach; for practioners of taichi or qigong this where the lower dantian or sacral chakra is and the body stores energy/chi/prana; it also exercises the heart
