im 20 have had 2 kids and lost a grand total of 40kg’s i only have 10 to go to get down to my goal of 55kgs…. i love this ruitine and one other that totals about 20 mins… i do it about 5 times a week and im loving it its helping to tone my legs and my belly ( and i think its even done a lil something for my fun bags too! ) thank you sooooo very much xoxo

If i do this challenge how long is it going to take for me to see the results in my body? I have never done yoga before (did this routine yesterday for the first time) Im 20 and 5’1 i weight 105.9 but i feel that i am veryy out of shape i dont feel confortable with my belly or my body because i know im skinny but i need to tone up my legs arms and lose a little fat in my belly. What do you recomend for me?

@password19822 Usually a yoga class starts with some rounds of sun salutation that warms up the whole body. This routine mainly builds strenght (there’s no real streching) so you don’t need a precise warm up before. But you can!
If you want to get flexible you should find another routine. Tara had a great series of that! Of course before “real” streching you should do the sun salutations, a minimum of 5 rounds I think! I hope I could help! 🙂
the thing I don’t like about yoga is there are always a ton of moves on your hands. I have bad wrists and it makes them hurt too much…
