  1. @jack1979x Kaballah is the joining of the chakaras,
it is metaphorical, as well as it is physical. these stretches help align those energies.
Maybe you could look that up on youtube.

  2. Do you ever notice that when you go to yoga class its always a bunch of woman and the one or two guys whos only purpose there to be around them & not have to worry about competition? lol

  3. I like the video. A couple things. Why always the blond and not the brunette? lol All of them are gorgeous including the male. They have strong bodies and can do this better then anyone complaining here, amazingly tons of pervs on here…and get over it, it’s to exercise for health and fitness, it’s not religion even if they named it funny.

  4. I think this seems nice despite the argument about its name. I really want to get into yoga for mind and body health and I like that I can learn at home without fear of being judged.

  5. This video has such a pleasant music track running at the background!!! Could someone please tell me from where I can download it alone in mp3 format? (if possible the complete track in case its available)

  6. @jack1979 Kabala comes out of Egypt as does Judiasm. You can see that the kabala is made of 3 different words ka-ba-la ALL EGYPTIAN WORDS. Yet this is still not the origin. The origin is the beginning of time.

  7. @AkumaXKami oh really?? and from where & when? from what i know , Kabalah came from the Hebrew Language & it means recieving. Correct me if i am wrong

  8. Jesus is coming soon……

Eat and Drink the Flesh and Blood of JESUS
Jesus is coming soon….REPENT for the kingdom of GOD is at hand

  9. its cool to have your own beliefs and everything…everyone is entitled to their own beliefs…but keep them to yourself dude…dont go spreading them around like they are the truth….bh

  10. @dhyanadatabase ,
Yoga and Asanas are the techniques evolved for better health. If to tell you in simple words, the process of self-realization follows steps as :- Healthy Body >> Control the Boddy >> Make the body still, to reach within to Mind >> control Mind >> Stop viability of mind >> Make mind stable >> SelfRealization.
As Breathing is the only thing, that connects outside things with inner body, the process starts wtih controlling breath. Yogasanas focus for stage I preperations.

  11. I used to be able to do this before I hurt my back in a blimp accident back in ’96.
These exercises will make you fart like a baboon.

  12. Young people can do yoga. Old people can do yoga. People in poor health can do yoga. People who are poor can do yoga. Those who are busy can do yoga, Everyone can do yoga except, those people who are lazy . Lazy people can’t do yoga…

  13. Actually these are not gym like movements but rather an attempt by the individual to increase his own control of the parasympathetic system and sympathetic system. It goes beyond ‘exercise’ and delves into mastery of bodily functions -starting with intially flexibility but the ultimate goal is control of involuntary functions such as breathing, heart rate, digestion. That is quite different from ‘exercise’ which has a goal of fitness and not mastery.

  14. @ludmilalloyd That remains to be seen. I am all for yoga. When it comes to “energy” its actually stored in the legs and semen in men – but pranayama makes use of oxygen (so you are right about that). Vital essence is the keyword here. When it comes to exiting your body.. well, i think that would take a lifetime to prepare for. There are many truths are myths, and many myths are are true..

  15. @nipsixa Body doent produce energy – its carbon-oxygen engine converting food to motions. It is you – spirit=soul-individual who ONLY who can produce energy.Reasonable care your body is a must. & xercises help. But waste too much time for body, like in yoga sitting doing nothing for others – wasting a time. You can depart from your body instantly if yoiu know how. But it doesnt make you a free soul. There are another techniques to go free on permanent base.

  16. @ludmilalloyd eh.. if we remove your story about murder, some cults — you actually said nothing. Your body is a system, like anything else. By tuning that system you have more energy. Just because some nutter did something doesnt mean evenyone is like that.

  17. @dhyanadatabase before I practiced yoga people told me about it and none of it has completely described my experience of yoga. just as in meditation, what happens when one is practicing yoga is one’s own and no one else’s. yogic postures are designed specifically to bring certain parts of your body into alignment, both physical and supraphysical, but the practice does not require you to believe this. to practice yoga is the only way your questions will actually be answered.

  18. @topbluffa1 You can sit in a chair to meditate. Check out Taoist meditation for some ideas about meditation in a chair.

  19. there are lot of cults that worshiping BODY. His children might were crying of hunger but he would care less sitting & njoying himself stretching his stupid body tilll he diys- this is ALL what yoga gives you. Though some yoga practices are ver dangerous – people become mental, ike our next door young man – got to institution, was “treated” by psichiatrists, was released and soon killed woman cutting her with kitchen knife to death, got arrested & sentensed

  20. now i see why yoga is important.
if i try to meditate i normally end up getting tense and this distracts my concentration.
but i ask why couldn’t you just sit without having your legs cross say in a normal sitting in a chair position.

  21. @dhyanadatabase A hatha yoga practice prepares you for semadhi (meditation). People who have difficulty meditating and stilling their mind find it a lot easier after an hour or so of hatha yoga.
Also, Hatha yoga is an excellent way to keep your health at an optimum level, though there are, of course, many different ways to exercise. A sick person won’t have an easy time stilling his mind either.
