  1. @sandrafrida It really does. I’m 21 and had terrible saggy lines around my nose, and did those exercises and 3 days after, its not gone completely but it has diminished and i don’t look like 40 anymore. Same for my forehead.

  3. Why do u have to hold your breath when blowing air between your cheek? Why can’t you do it while breathing?

  4. @VanysLittleSecret – dont do it too much, just until you see the effect you want. facial excercises have really helped me improve symmetry and facial definition.

  5. lol her muscles are toned but teach goots a lot of wrinkles everywhere else on the top layers of the skin… still, the skin is holding up well, i wish we had a before picture of saggy skin
