  1. this is a great stretch for when you wake up in the morning, i always do this and feel energized for the day..if cats do it, then theres a reason for it,because it feels good 🙂

  2. You’d think with all the money she makes from doing these videos, she would save up some money to go change her name.

  3. @bixtch I was implying you were looking for gay videos, and was disappointed when this particular individual was named Gay but not the type of gay I was insinuating.

  4. @bixtch what, did you type ‘gay’ into the video search and this came up? disappointed much?

  5. @MegadethFan27 I made that comment over a year ago… It doesn’t even apply to how I… Oh hey I got highest thumbs up! nice.

  6. Thank you, It was very helpfull and I felt my muscels strech almost my whole body stretched… Good and Great Effort.. Well-Done

  7. Wearing trainers gives it all away. Selling yoga like this is ridiculous….now back to my cow head pose.,,,,,yeah…uhuhuhu her names Gay Casper..

  9. @vlgagic Have you ever done a class? You should try it before passing judgment. I have only be doing it for a week and it is amazing! I have never felt so good. I have many health problems and already I have noticed positive changes in my health.

  10. I did an hour session of bikram yoga in a sauna room at 104 degrees Fahrenheit with my lacrosse team…my body was punished.

  11. @Japandriftingstrong : I don’t know what culture you have, because in Hungary nobody is farting in these classes, and we are always full, not only girls, but also guys.

  12. the fact hot yoga is popular proves conclusively that too many people have too much money and too few brain cells.

  13. Yoga is not standing on your head or stopping your breath or dancing naked like retard monkeys in a heated room. Fools indeed.

  14. @Japandriftingstrong A friend of mine told me that he could smell what everyone had eaten in the past day because it seeped out of their pores. He said he smelled like onions and the girl next to him smelled like Rice Krispies. Maybe that was some of the fart smell you smelled. However, I’m sure with legs spread in the air after a day at work, farts are slipping out all over that room.

  15. MY GOD! I have done mostly everything health wise….every cleanse ever…long fasts, about a year raw vegan…(now I’m doing raw eggs/meat), chinese herbs….EVERYTHING including omni gym yoga and tons of sports….BIkram yoga is the best thing I’ve found so far…I’m into my 8th class and my back is getting insanely ripped….I Also it’s helping me look inside and dissolve my pain so that I can live with greater awareness. Thanks yoga people!

  16. For Bikram Yoga, I love to wear the Bellissima clothing line. It’s so cute and comfortable. I get it at Bodywear Boutique. They have a website too.

  17. I just tried a class today with a friend, it was great, loved how I felt afterwards. I would suggest to those interested to try at least one class

  18. @Trisnic yes, the sweating detoxes the body and i find my skin has become clearer and just looks and feels better

  19. I practiced Bikram Yoga, my thoughts:
Pros: Great for flexibility, good for consistent improvement in balance, leg strength and flexibility. Good for mental focus.
Cons: The heat element is excessive, simply too hot for some people and that has nothing to do with fitness levels. You shouldnt be sweating THAT much on a daily basis-fact. No upper body elements in the postures. Expensive.
In all-good, if u can afford it but u should combine with other fitness activities, dont practice daily.
