Thank you very much indeed for your generosity in posting this yoga practice. I would love a more advanced version, too, if you ever get a chance. But I enjoy doing this gentle and easy practice just before bedtime — it really helps me sleep without raising my heart rate the way some of the more strenuous yoga practices do. So, I’d recommend that anyone who finds this a little easy should try it as an aid to sleeping.

@iMakeBreyer Sorry peanut didn’t mean to offend your delicate sensibilities. I was more or less trying to inspire the creator of the series to maybe post more advanced stuff so that once people, such as yourself, find the flow to be too easy, there’s a more advanced alternative to work towards. Either way, whatever your level, keep up the yoga, it good for mind and body 🙂 Namaste

OMG! I tend to look like a weirdo when I do a yoga class just because the instructors never seem to tell me when to transition into another pose till everyone’s in it but ME! I tend to embarrass myself that way. But the video was great, she told me when we were going to move and what pose was next. Bloody brilliant! Forget class I’m sticking with this. LOL Cheers!
