  1. Great video, and yea, losing weight is not easy, but it’s POSSIBLE. The think is that there is soo many OTHER ways to lose weight. For example, my favourite is dancing to the music I love (2h/day). Or playing soccer with my kids.. there is so many funny and simple methods out there, and you don’t even need to spend hours in gym. I lost about 30 pounds already. All those methods I discovered at w w w. weightlossdatabase.info <- this membership site is simply amazing and has some unique ways.

  2. Thank you so much! This was very helpful. I was having terrible stomach gas/bloating all day and was blown up like a balloon. I was so happy to find this — just what I needed. I feel immediate relief after doing this and both of my nostrils “woke up!” Air is moving into my body much better now. I feel so energized. I will keep practicing this!

  3. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.

  4. @AnmolMehtaCom Dear anmol thanks for this video, I have a question about the dangers of kapalbhati.. Apart from the excellent benifits kapalbhati bestows on its user.IT is said that people with high blood pressure, hernia and heart problems should avoid this exercise since it makes it worse. Is there anyway someone can find out what exercises are dangerous for what kind of people or is that why it is advised to go to a proper guru for instruction and not to do yoga by oneself.

  5. Hi, I was just wondering about something, it looks like your breathing in through your nose everytime you make the sniffing noise because you raise your shoulders, but are you actually breathing out through your nose when you do this

  14. @PjSwirl : Thank you for your comment! I’m getting sick of these sickos as well.

I’m impressed with this video and the teacher. It’s obvious she is very experienced and quite flexible. Her bio says: “Bio: Elizabeth Rose is a registered Hatha yoga teacher with a background in modern dance, gymnastics, martial arts, and circus arts.” I’m going to give these exercises a try!

She need to kick those nasty boys out of the class. I would suggest a full coverage leotard next time.

Due to some of the nasty little comments posted here that should be deleted, it might be a good idea to wear a full coverage leotard next time, and kick those boys out of the class!
