Great video, and yea, losing weight is not easy, but it’s POSSIBLE. The think is that there is soo many OTHER ways to lose weight. For example, my favourite is dancing to the music I love (2h/day). Or playing soccer with my kids.. there is so many funny and simple methods out there, and you don’t even need to spend hours in gym. I lost about 30 pounds already. Apart from the excellent benifits kapalbhati bestows on its user.IT is said that people with high blood pressure, hernia and heart problems should avoid this exercise since it makes it worse. Is there anyway someone can find out what exercises are dangerous for what kind of people or is that why it is advised to go to a proper guru for instruction and not to do yoga by oneself.
Hi, I was just wondering about something, it looks like your breathing in through your nose everytime you make the sniffing noise because you raise your shoulders, but are you actually breathing out through your nose when you do this
