  1. 7:43 “breathing surcharging every cell with oxygen”?! The yoga masters must have figured a way to tax the air we breathe haha

  2. Thank you so much for this video (and anyone who has problems with the image or sound, switch to the HQ [high quality] button next to the volume button).

  3. Yah! I was looking for a quick morning session for my creaky old bones and got the bonus of a super cutie with tube socks. Seriously, nice narration and tempo. Thanks.

  4. @bambikohaku I wasn’t complaining, I was just commenting. Personally, I’d love this video even more if the music was more relaxing.

  5. LIghten up, please. There’s nothing hard about that, and it’s not a matter of understanding your sense of humor, you just don’t have one. But hey, nobody’s perfect πŸ™‚

  6. @eteune I can say the same, but at a much smaller frame than you. I’m a fan of yoga, but seldomly get the chance to do any form of yoga.

  7. @eteune Your just jealous, i bet if you starred in the video you wouldn’t get 43K+ hits. Don’t hate her for being attractive, and knowing what she’s talking about.

  8. hmm a man jealous of a woman with a great body? that doesn’t make sense quidproquo
I admire her yoga and her figure immensely, I don’t think you understand my comment or my sense of humor, lighten up dork

  9. yoga in the morning is great
and wearing a tank top and short shorts while doing yoga in bed at a hotel gets you lots of hits
weird how that works, isn’t it?
does the 4 seasons know you are using their hotel to promote your body, erm, I mean your yoga exercises?
