  3. I like to go to my studio, but sometimes I can’t. And, I like to be instructed. This is a nice gentle 55 minute session. It has a very nice flow to the postures.

  4. In my country Yoga has become an uprising business nowdays, not a form of life at all, with fees that i can’t even think of affording. Thanks to you, i’m getting little by little to recover from a back pain that’s been there for months. I deeply thank you for sharing your beautiful knowledge with us, i really do. Greetings from Santiago of Chile, South america.

  5. @Guklaim from my experience, eating smaller portions makes you lose weight. yoga and other forms of exercise simply make your body stronger…eating well and exercising will lead to better health and a better body.

  6. I missed my Yoga Class today and did this class at home instead. It was great, not sweat breaking, but nice stretches. I really liked the step by step relaxation in the end. Namaste.

  8. @PlayDBug It definitely does NOT matter where you are when you start. The fat & the handicap people around me in class inspire me more than the champions that I practice with. You can do whatever you want to.

  9. @PlayDBug It doesn’t matter how big you are! There is a guy at my studio who started practicing at 300 pounds.
