Question by BriGuy: What is the most intense yoga video or video series out there?
Me and my roommates have started doing yoga. We currently use the Yoga in p90X. This is a great workout, but we want more. What instructor or video has the highest level of workout intensity in the yoga world? I don’t want meditation yoga or any of that bull. I want the stuff that kicks your rear.
